Under the leadership of Chef Michaël Michaelidis, CLAUDIE’s menu celebrates “la Cuisine du Soleil” – dishes prepared with fresh, sun-soaked ingredients and Mediterranean inspiration. Signature offerings include a theatrical Table-Side Gazpacho, decadent Pâtes Aux Langoustes, and classic Escargots. Other highlights are the indulgent Truffle Toupie Macaroni, the rich Entrecôte-Frites, and the stunning Crustacés seafood tower. These dishes, crafted with precision, reflect the chef’s experience with Michelin-starred establishments like Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon. The restaurant’s design is equally noteworthy. The space, designed by OV & Co. and Lazaro Rosa-Violán, evokes the timeless charm of the South of France with natural materials such as wicker, wood, and stone. The 2,470-square-foot terrace, surrounded by lush greenery, features a stunning fountain and a captivating bronze sculpture, creating a luxurious al fresco dining experience. Inside, the dining room merges Mediterranean-inspired decor with modern touches, including a striking circular light fixture and a mural by artist Victoria Krylov in the private dining room.
