Team The development team behind ULYSSIA includes experienced professionals from leading companies in the maritime and hospitality industries, such as Seabourn, Cunard, and Ritz-Carlton. The project’s principal investor, Frank Binder, also serves as the founder and chairman of ULYSSIA Residences AG. Binder, a Swiss entrepreneur with a background in architecture, has a long history of involvement in yachting and design, as well as in various business ventures including the Landbell Group, a global leader in recycling logistics.
