Elegance in White - Tracy Marcus’ All-White Luxury Lace Cover-Ups Take Miami Swim Week by Storm Tracy has made it her mission to design a line of cover-ups that consistently feature all white styles. Tracy purchased her first white cover-up in 2012 at a boutique resort spa while on a business trip to Miami. Tracy could never find another and over the years as people commented on their love of the style, she decided to start the journey of creating a brand of her own. In 2013, Tracy embarked on a decade long journey of dreaming, designing and crafting her collection of soft, white, chic dress-style cover-ups while working full time in investment banking and raising her family. Finding the proper fabric and someone who could create samples took years. In 2021, Tracy was introduced to Haifa Abdulhadi, a local seamstress and business owner who became Tracy’s sample maker, confidant and friend. Tracy and Haifa have established an amazing relationship through years of trial and error in working to bring the collection to life. The dream has become a reality and in March 2024, Tracy Marcus was launched, making her cherished designs available to the public and plans to establish her eponymous brand as the destination for luxurious white cover-ups. The brand’s debut runway show, during Miami Swim Week The Shows at the SLS on June 1st was nothing short of a spectacular introduction to the world of luxury swim cover-ups.
