Under the leadership of chef Andrea Casali, Kitchen Restaurant earned a prestigious Michelin Star in 2022. Kitchen’s culinary philosophy emphasizes hand-picked, locally sourced produce, using raw ingredients and quick cooking techniques to preserve flavors and nutritional composition. The menu offers a modern interpretation of classic Italian gourmet cuisine, focusing on seasonal vegetables and herbs from the restaurant’s biodynamic garden, “Le Luci del Kitchen,” visible at the entrance. Choose from two tasting menus: the Green menu, based on the garden’s bounty and seasonal offerings, and the Experience menu, as well as a delightful à la carte selection. Signature dishes include prawns with peas, beurre blanc sauce, and quinoa, as well as homemade pasta with Parmigiano Reggiano, foie gras, pear, and balsamic vinegar. Worth mentioning is the kitchen’s extensive wine selection. Kitchen is closed on Mondays.
