octopus mixed with the saffron aioli is the perfect blend of flavors and textures, not to mention the charcoal which gives it an all together smokey flavor. Simply delicious, not to mention it’s beautiful presentation. Most often guests come to YOLO to experience the grilled masterpieces, but there is something for everyone if grilled meats are not in the cards for you. There is a wide selection of salads as well as flatbreads and pastas. Before you dive into the Flamed and Dry-Aged Steaks section, their Speciality section is worth experiencing. The Whole Boneless Branzino and the YOLO Churrasco are classic dishes packed with flavor, and pair beautifully with their selection of side dishes–the Black Truffle Potato Gratin has over 20 layers of potatoes and the Asparagus Hollandaise are as hearty and delicious as they sound. At YOLO, there is one dish that comes with a show. The Tomahawk Ribeye Steak, which serves 2-4 people, is specially brought out by the chef or manager, flamed, and carved in front of the table. Hanging like a gong from the specialty carving station, this glorious piece of meat is a spectacle every time it’s ordered–everyone wants to get a glimpse, so be prepared for some on-lookers and selfies when you order up the tomahawk! Among the selection of Dry-Aged Steaks, the Ribeye “Cote de Boeuf” is a tender cut with plenty of flavor, and the Rib Cap “Calotte de Boeuf” is arguably the tastiest cut of beef–and the meatiest. Both of these selections will satisfy the palette of any meat connoisseur. Before the night ends, pair your dinner with one of their signature cocktails. The Butterfly Kiss and the Caribbean Night are both sweet and dangerous. And if Old Fashioned and Gin & Tonics are your poison, you are in for a treat—YOLO has an inventive cocktail menu that lets you build your own. Choose your spirit, sweetener, bitters, tonics, herbs, and fruit—empower your inner mixologist. YOLO’s vibrant atmosphere and quality food is what keeps guests coming back for more. It’s a great destination to dine, celebrate, or meet up with friends and coworkers. The mood is always right at YOLO, come be part of it all.
