What is evident in this exhibit is how the work of these female artists is woven together, laying bare a shared narrative—a herstory— spoken through their own experience with the history and practice of a life in art. Her work with the RPM group of artists, crafts poignant installations, that like her eloquent drawings and paintings, reflect a nuanced exploration of being a woman in the world. Patricia renders uncanny expressionistic undertones in her fervent strokes but also a depth in the gazes of her eloquent portraits.
