Another fine dining option on property is AMA Sushi, a high-end sushi restaurant that showcases always-fresh ingredients complemented by an extensive selection of wine, sake, and innovative cocktails. Casual dining with an elevated touch is offered poolside at the Cabana Bar, beachside at the Miramar Beach Bar, and in the Manor House at the Revere Room, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food highlights local-first ingredients from nearby farms and purveyors, achieving subtle sophistication with dishes like the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and homemade jams served at breakfast, the beachside Mayan Ceviche, and a perfectly served brioche bun burger.
