Smoke in the Garden is an intricate blend of mezcal, botanical liqueur, hibiscus, and fresh lime with a Tahin rim. There is a light herbaceousness in the botanical liqueur that plays well with the smokiness of the Mezcal. Spice plays with spice and pairs beautifully with the Salt & Pepper Calamari or Snapper Ponchartrain. Rum Fashioned is our summer version of the Old Fashioned. It’s a bold, strong cocktail made with rum, lime, mandarin orange, and bitters. Try it with a wedge salad to start or as an after-dinner drink with a slice of our world-class carrot cake. Sea Plane is a twist on a classic cocktail with bourbon, Aperol, amaro, passionfruit, and fresh lemon. We use an Italian amaro that focuses on rhubarb as one of the main ingredients. The Sea Plane name comes from the use of passionfruit in the recipe. This is definitely a comeback for more sips cocktail. Try it with the tuna crudo, a juicy steak, or Mediterranean Branzino. The Backward Glance is a mix of scotch, sherry, spiced pear liqueur, and berry tea. We know what you are thinking, scotch? This is a thought-provoking interplay of ingredients to create a cocktail that will blow you away. Pair this cocktail with yellowfin tuna crudo or Hiramasa ponzu. It’s also amazing with oysters. Crush some of The Backward Glance right into your oyster. Deliciousness. The Summer Romance cocktail pairs vodka, amaro, fresh lime, almond, a splash of Cava, and fresh raspberries. This is a summery riff on our Pretty in Pink cocktail with a hibiscus element to it. This drink will change over ten to fifteen minutes and makes a great sipping cocktail.
