LOFTY and Artefacto are introducing a first of its kind condo collaboration on Brickell’s Riverfront, Miami’s most sought-after neighborhood. Set above and apart, the limited-edition LOFTY PH Collection by Artefacto will occupy the tower’s top nine floors, featuring the collaborative designs of Artefacto x INC - the multi-disciplinary NYC studio responsible for LOFTY’s 44 stories of swanky interiors. The announcement follows the high-profile debut of the first-ever condo NFT, with LOFTY developer Harvey Hernandez commissioning Carlos Betancourt as the first artist in the series.
