Future Projects I am very excited about the Super Bowl. The work does not stop after that, because we have other sports to make predictions for. March Madness is coming up, there’s still the NBA, the NHL, golf and other sports like boxing and MMA. Speaking of boxing, I also work for Triller Fight Club as an interviewer. It’s an adrenaline rush to be in the ring, even if I am not the one fighting. They do not say do not wear white for nothing! Let us just say that my paper at ringside, where I was waiting for the fight to end so I could interview the winner, had some blood splatter on it. Gross, I know. It’s not as glamorous as it looks. I also still model for special requests and since I studied improv at Upright Citizens Bergade, I have taken small acting roles. I would not call myself an actress yet. I think that word gets thrown around too lightly and I have great respect for the talent and training it takes to be great at your craft. I would say that I enjoy acting alongside true artists and maybe one day I can call myself that. An Advocate for Special Needs Education My cousin Brianna is by far my rock. She is more like a sister to me because her mother (my aunt) Adrienne raised me along with my grandfather when my mother and father divorced. Aunt Adrienne lived down the street. When my mother found out Pop-pop was taking me to the racetrack more than first grade, he moved into my aunt’s basement. My aunt always said that when my mother divorced, she got custody of her uncle and niece. That woman is a saint! Not only did she take her uncle (Pop-Pop) in when he needed a place to stay, but she helped raise me. I went on every family vacation with them. I really felt like my cousins were my siblings. Aunt Adrienne had three children of her own. Nate, Jocelyn, and Brianna. Brianna was born with Cerebral Palsy and was told she might never walk or talk. But my aunt never gave up hope and got Brianna the best treatments and physical therapists. Brianna can now not only walk, but run, play basketball, soccer, ballet and ride horses. I do not even do those things! She is much more athletic than I am. If we were playing basketball, she would definitely win! She never misses, like a little Steph Curry. What I learned from that is do not give up even if someone says something is impossible or difficult. Fight harder. My aunt and Brianna are the real heroes. I am just thankful to be a part of their family. Looking Ahead I hope to be the next Erin Andrews. She does sports broadcasting and crossed over to pop culture. That’s something I really aspire to. Not only do I want to conquer the sports world and interview athletes, but I also want to use my comedy and improv skills. I would love to host my own show on the biggest network. Maybe its fashion based, sports related, hosting a game show, or working in pop culture like my idol Erin who does it all. She has truly set the bar high.
