"I had no idea what to expect," she gushes about her first fashion week. "It was kind of overwhelming and these amazon women [are] everywhere." She laughs. "But it was really fun. You have to wear the designers' clothes to the things and you gotta go change. I was literally changing in the bathroom here. Someone was knocking on the door: 'I'm so sorry!'" [It was a little bittersweet as her thoughts were with her family in Hialeah and Miami Lakes, who were dealing with Hurricane Irma at the time. "My brother was like, 'OK Chrissie, you gotta stop. You're making me stressed more than the hurricane is,'" she comments on her incessant concerned texts to them.]
